Hi, I'm Edd!

I knead bread and pizza in my life, but don't we all?

Soul Dough was born from my passion for all things dough based, kick ass trucks, wood fired cooking and making people happy through the love of quality wood fired pizza.

Our dough is made in house and hand stretched. We source as many ingredients as possible from local artisan producers including our Glastonbury mozzarella and charcuterie.

We provide pizza for weddings/events with our Landrover and trailer ovens.

Hey guys. Got some news.
From the 15th of February, this Sunday, we will no longer be at @thepelicanchewmagna , it is a shame to be leaving but we have had such a great time! It has only been just over a year but what an awesome adventure it has been!!! Lots of fun, lots of new friends, and lots of pizza together 🍕🙏
The pub will still be serving pizza, along with a new expanded evening menu!
The legendary Chaz and George will also still be at the pub so do go and say hi and give them a high five 🖐️
Really from the bottom of my heart I am so grateful for everyone that has joined us on this journey and for coming and supporting us!! 🙏 I really appreciate it, and hope to see you again at some point!!! (Got some exciting ideas!! Ha)

We've recently been doing a few pop ups, Wells Food Fest, Wells Eco Day, our SD HQ and have committed to donate 10% of all takings towards the Wells Skatepark fund. Hope to still do more moving forward!!!

Tonight is also the last chance to bid on some of the amazing decks that have been designed and painted by local and national artists. Get involved and grab a piece of unique skate art and help support the new park!!

I even tried having a roll on the ramp on the eco day too! Can't wait for a new park for all the younger people in Wells, and the rad parents who are still holding on and repping 😁🤙🏼

This ragu is a real labour of love as we cook it low and slow for 4 hours to enrich the wonderful flavours of the venison sourced locally from @stephens_butchers_glastonbury
